Responsibilities Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
Preparing workstation for next shift by cleaning dish machine, cleaning work area and restocking chemicals.
Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as pots, pans mixers, slicer parts etc.
Sweeping and mopping floors at the end of shift and also in the event that items are broken or spilled.
Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.
Supporting restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
Requirements Minimal work experience.
Some problem solving and communication skills.
Time management skills.
Ability to stand or walk for 8
hour shifts and lift at least 40 pounds.
Willingness to comply with all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Competitive starting wage.
