You will perform administrative and customer service functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound telephone calls, transfer calls, take messages Greet and assist onsite guests Provide administrative support for tax preparers, refill paper, print envelopes, Collect payments Monitor workflow and track tax returns throughout the office Plan and schedule appointments Other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Friendly, outgoing, customer oriented focus Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Familiarity with income tax preparation office preferred, but not required Flexible hours and schedule.
Primary need this tax season is for evening and Saturday shifts.
