- Perform painting and labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor - Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks - Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers - Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment - Assist with renovation and remodeling projects - Install fixtures and perform basic maintenance person tasks - Use hand tools and power tools as necessary - Assist with drywall installation and repair - Perform masonry work as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in construction painting or similar field is preferred - Familiarity with hand tools and power tools - Knowledge of drywall installation and repair techniques is required - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
