Responsibilities:
Manage CSRs and how they handle incoming calls and emails from customers to schedule service appointments, answer inquiries, and resolve customer issues.
Create and manage service tickets in Service Titan, ensuring accurate and complete documentation of customer interactions, work orders, and billing information.
Manage the Dispatcher and how they coordinate technicians, schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of service orders.
Manage the follow up process with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Manage customer billing and payment processing in QuickBooks, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
Utilize Microsoft Teams for internal communications and collaboration with other team members.

Cheerful, empathetic, caring, willing to learn.
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience working in a plumbing or home services company.
Experience with Service Titan, Microsoft Teams.
QuickBooks is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong management skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
Experience training office staff Experience tracking and reporting KPIs.
