Our plumbing company is currently seeking a highly motivated, High energy, Cheerful personality to join our team.
The ideal candidate could have previous experience working in a plumbing or home services company, and proficiency in using Service Titan, Microsoft Teams, and Quickbooks but is not needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and emails from customers to schedule service appointments, answer inquiries, and resolve customer issues Create and manage service tickets in Service Titan, ensuring accurate and complete documentation of customer interactions, work orders, and billing information Coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of service orders Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided Manage customer billing and payment processing in Quickbooks, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation Utilize Microsoft Teams for internal communications and collaboration with other team members Requirements:
Cheerful, empethetic, caring, willing to learn High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience working in a plumbing or home services company preferred Experience with Service Titan, Microsoft Teams, and Quickbooks preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations If you meet the requirements and are looking for a challenging and rewarding CAREER opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
