- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system - Maintain speed of service and provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns - Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment to prepare beverages according to established recipes and quality standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment - Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Assist with food preparation and other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Familiarity with retail math concepts for inventory management is a plus - Experience in the food service or food industry is beneficial As a Barista, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent customer service while crafting delicious beverages.
