Job Description:
? The technician will report directly to the crafts foreman. ? Will be responsible for using their knowledge and skills to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install electrical and HVAC equipment. ? Will be expected to keep up to date with the latest electrical technology and trade methods, while demonstrating quality workmanship. ? Will be required to work overtime and selected holidays as part of a regular PM program.
Job Requirements:
? High school graduate with trade schooling. ? Experience in the electrical/HVAC field or related technical training. ? EPA License to handle and work with refrigerants ? Strong HVAC controls background ? Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting HVAC and electrical systems. ? The ability to get along and work well with others and in a team environment. ? Strong safety record and work habits. ? Able to maintain a physically strenuous routine (climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting heavy objects). ? Must have good work habits, self motivated, stays on the job, and makes efficient use of time. ? Good communication skills ? Must be able to work overtime, and or weekends when required
