This individual will be expected to contribute by supporting the license management system (internally developed application) by providing support for the SQL environment, as well as related tasks outlined below.
Key responsibilities include:
Create and maintain MS SQL scripts, including the refit of MS SQL scripts after database restructure.
Generation and maintenance of application usage-type reports (potentially web-based user interface or via Excel)
Develop user documentation.
Support the software licensing team in the administration of the license management system as required in daily support activities
Testing of new software application releases.
Additional duties may be assigned, as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (specifically Word and advanced Excel skills); OneNote a plus.
Strong technical writing skills.
Previous experience (academic and/or professional) with the programming utilizing the following languages / tools:
Required:
Ability to create and maintain database tables, stored procedures and maintenance MS SQL scripts
Develop quality written technical design specifications and documentation
Beneficial:
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the DBMS using profiling, performance analysis and tuning, and debugging techniques and tools.
ASP .NET and/or C++
SQL Server 2008/2014 administrative experience a plus
Strong interpersonal skills --successful candidates will communicate effectively, etc.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
