Lincoln Tyler Management has been in the business of identifying top talent for over 20 years. We are hired by a very selective group of companies that utilize us to bring top talent to them and we are looking to add to our team of recruiters!

You will perform a wide range of recruiting activities to include evaluating applicants and determining who is selected for interviews, sourcing of candidates, and managing targeted recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing needs

  • Review resumes and assess the candidates? qualifications to the job requirements and expectations

  • Interview applicants

  • Develop strong relationships and work closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process

  • Follow up regularly with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process

  • Develop and maintain contacts with area colleges, universities and career institutions

  • Develop creative staffing sources to include social media, networking, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1 ? 3 years of recruiting and business to business sales

  • Ability to exercise judgment, maintain confidentiality and act in a diplomatic manner

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization

  • Ability to stay organized and be self directed while working with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work non-traditional work hours and be flexible with schedule

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Regular and punctual attendance

  • Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
