Senior International Tax Analyst
Accountability Statement
This position, with excellent training, development, and promotion opportunities, is accountable for minimizing Lubrizol s global tax burden, leading tax accounting matters, and maintaining compliance with applicable tax laws.
Essential Job Functions
- Support U.S. and global tax compliance, helping to identify changes and opportunities, while ensuring compliance with applicable countries tax laws
- Prepare U.S. income tax compliance for international operations including E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, and Forms 5471 and 8858
- Prepare and review income tax accounting calculations, including non-U.S. tax provisions
- Perform international tax research and planning
- Assist with U.S. and international tax audit matters
- Assist with intercompany transfer pricing matters
- Handle special tax projects as needed
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
- Bachelor s in accounting, finance or tax from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 2 years of corporate income tax experience in industry or public accounting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare detailed work with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a flexible work environment
- Collaborative team player
Considered a plus:
- International Tax Experience
- CPA, JD or Master of Taxation
- SAP, BPC experience
